I practice Actualizing Hypnotherapy, a method of creating change and healing in your life.
Actualizing Hypnotherapy utilizes the sense of heightened awareness and concentration that is experienced while in the deepened state of relaxation that is hypnosis. This awareness and relaxation provide greater access to your inner mind (subconscious), the location of your memories, emotions, habit behaviors, autonomic nervous system response, and intuition.
Why is hypnosis so effective? Because it communicates directly with the subconscious mind, and that’s where real change occurs.
By combining the dynamic communication and behavior change skills of Neuro-Linguistics (NLP) with the powerful cooperative connection of the conscious and subconscious mind achieved through hypnosis, we will work together to replace your old, negative tapes with positive ones.
Can I be hypnotized?
